摘要：通过玉米饲料喂养的低营养动物模型，结合已建立的BDI-GS体系进行带衣花生营养健康效应的综合评价，用损益指数（BDI）及其累计积分（GS）考察花生对机体各重要脏器组织及微观血清生化指标的影响。以线性生长期健康的ICR小鼠为研究对象，分别设有玉米空白对照组，掺和8%、16%、24%带衣花生米组，喂养12天后解剖，完整剖取9项脏器组织，并进行血清生化指标的分析检测。结果显示，花生对机体胸腺、脾脏指标的营养功效显著，表现在3个剂量对全部脏器组织的重量BDI值均高于2.0；对其他脏器也具有良好的营养效应，表现在器官的重量BDI明显高于1.0。另外，花生对胸腺、脾脏、胰腺及性腺指标的健康存在显著有益效应；且综合营养、健康效应良好，体现在3个剂量花生实验组的累计GS均>9.0（9项指标）的基本积分。本研究表明，生理剂量下摄取花生对机体重要脏器组织具有很高的营养健康效应，对机体发育具有良好的促进效应。花生摄取对营养不良、亚健康及II型糖尿病会具有较好的预防及食疗保健功效，值得在日常饮食中特别重视，以及深入挖掘开发相关的健康食品。%Through low-nutritional mice model fed with maize diet combined the BDI-GS evaluation system established for food, nutritional and healthy effects of peanut with skin were evaluated comprehensively, observe the influences of its intake for functions of vital organs and/or tissues by using approach of benefit-damage index (BDI) and accumulative general scores (GS), as well as microscope serum biochemical parameters. The healthy ICR male mice during linear growth were used as subject. Including of maize fed control mice, 8%, 16%and 24%blending peanut kernel diets fed mice were designed in the study, respectively. After 12 days of breeding, recorded mice body weights and took blood samples, performed necropsy and excised perfectly 9 vital organs or tissues , and further measured serum biochemical parameters. The results shewed that the peanut intake is of significantly beneficial effects for indicators of thymus and spleen in nutrition, and expressed in organs' weight BDI values all above 2.0 at three doses;and it is of greater nutritional benefits for other important organs or tissues, also expressed in weight BDI values all above 1.0, obviously. In addition, the peanut intake is of significantly beneficial effects for indicators of thymus, spleen, pancreas and spermary in healthy effect;and it is of greater benefits in comprehensive nutrition and health , expressed in the accumulative GS values of 9 organ weights at three doses all above 9.0 the basic points (for fasten 9 indicators ). Data obtained from the study manifests that peanut intake at physiological doses is of great nutritional and healthy benefits to vital organs and tissues of organism , and consumption of peanut is of better promoting effects in body growth and development performance. Therefore , peanut will be of better functions of prevention and therapy in malnutrition, sub-health and type 2 diabetes mellitus, and herein it is worthy of special attention in our daily dietary, as well as further research and development of relevant healthy foods.
